How to reinstall the software?

First, you need to uninstall the program from your computer. The steps are as follows:
On Windows: Click "Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a Program", and then select the software from the list.
On Mac: Open the Applications folder and simply drag the software to the Trash to uninstall it.
Now, just download the latest version of the software and click the installation program to start reinstalling the program. You can also right-click the installation program to "Run as Administrator".
