How to update the software to the latest version?

For Windows: Open the software and then click the menu icon in the upper right corner of the program. Select "Check for Updates". If there are available updates, the program will notify you. If there are updates, please click "Update Now" to start the update process. 
For Mac: Open the software, then click on the icon in the upper right corner of the menu. Click "Check for Updates". If there are available updates, click "Update Now" in the pop-up window to start the update process.
