By using Goooch Services, you confirm that:

Users under 14 years of age are strictly prohibited from accessing or using our Services.

Your Content & Permissions

When using our Services, you may provide files, device data, technical information, or personal details (“Your Content”).

You retain full ownership of Your Content. However, by using Goooch Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to:

• Store data temporarily for service delivery
• Transfer data securely across systems or partners

This permission is strictly limited to operating, maintaining, and improving the Services.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for Your actions within the Services, the legality of your data and device usage, and ensuring you have rights to all uploaded content.

You must not:

• Use Goooch tools for illegal purposes
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Misuse phone data eraser or location tools

We are not responsible for user-stored data or user-shared content.

Permanent Data Deletion Disclaimer

Some Goooch products allow you to erase phone data permanently. You acknowledge that:

• Data deletion is irreversible
• Deleted data cannot be recovered
• You must back up data before using the service

Goooch is not liable for accidental or intentional data loss.

Accounts, Passwords & Security

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. You agree to:

• Protect login credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Log out after each session

Goooch is not responsible for losses caused by account misuse.

Software License & Restrictions

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use our software solely for accessing the Services.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer or decompile software
• Modify or redistribute Goooch tools
• Use software beyond permitted scope

Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses.

Intellectual Property Rights

All Goooch content, software, trademarks, designs, and documentation are protected under international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, sell, license, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without written permission.

Payments, Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Some Services require paid subscriptions processed via third-party platforms (Apple, Google Play, Stripe, Paddle).

Subscriptions:

• Automatically renew unless canceled
• Must be canceled via the original payment provider
• Are non-refundable unless required by law

Deleting the app does not cancel subscriptions.

Termination of Services

You may stop using Goooch at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, the Services are misused, or legal/operational risks arise.

Inactive free accounts may be terminated after 12 months.

Feedback & Suggestions

Any feedback you provide becomes the property of Goooch. You grant us the right to use feedback without compensation for product improvement or marketing.

Disclaimer of Warranties

All Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a specific purpose. Use of the Services is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goooch shall not be liable for data loss, financial loss, business interruption, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid, if any, for the Services.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Amendments
